Nancy McAllister Bishop

BISHOP, Nancy McAllister, 73, of  Powhatan, widow of Robert Lee Bishop, went to be with her Lord July 14, 2012.  She is survived by her four children, Deborah Chambers (Donald) of New York, Robert M. Bishop (Trima); Steven R. Bishop (Cindy), Kathy B. Halvorsen (John) all of Powhatan; one brother, Chuck McAllister of New Mexico; ten grandchildren, Brandon, Melissa, Robert Bishop, Stephanie McCall, Nicole, Donnie Chambers, Ashley Whitaker, Alexander Holvorsen, Han, Ly Luong; three great grandchildren, Logan, Savannah and Wyatt.  The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8pm at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan and where services will be held Tuesday at 11am.  Interment 2pm Sandridge Cemetery, Crozet.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
