Al Ransone

Al Ransone, 88, of Powhatan, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017. He was preceded in death by his first wife Frances and his only child Sue Kasinger. He is survived by his wife Pat; stepson Roy Hall (Tersa); stepdaughter Lisa Woodall; grandsons Spencer and Tyler Woodall; granddaughter Sydney Hall; many neices and nephews. They were all proud to call him uncle. Al was a proud Marine who served in the Korean War. The family will recieve friends Tuesday from 4 to 5 pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan and where services will follow at 5 pm. Interment private.
