Alice Frances Butcher Miller

Alice Frances Butcher Miller, 85 of Powhatan, Virginia, passed away December 3, 2023. She was born August 2, 1938 at Red Ash, Va. to Alexander (Sa'ndor Me'sa'ros) "Alex" and Mary Frances (Wingo) Butcher. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Clifford "Cliff" Edsel Miller and brother, Robert Butcher. She is survived by her daughter, Anita Cheryl Toone (Robert "Bobby") and daughters, Elizabeth and Sarah Toone; son, Brian Miller (Charlotte) and daughter, Emily Miller. She is also survived by a brother, James "Jim" (Doris Miller) Butcher; three sisters, Betty Hess (Allen), Anne Absher (Travis) and Brenda Richardson (Bill). She was a member of May Memorial Baptist Church. A Graveside service will be held Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the Powhatan Community Cemetery.
