Barbara Ann Mackey

Barbara Ann Mackey, 91, of Powhatan, peacefully drifted into the arms of Jesus at home surrounded by her family, on Friday November 25th, 2022. 

She was born August 15th 1931. Throughout her life she served many roles. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandma and great-grandma. 

She was welcomed into Heaven by her beloved husband, Howard Mackey and many of her loved ones. She will be missed dearly by her children, Wayne, Jack, Danny, Angela and Cynthia; siblings, Shirley, Clyde, Natalie and Butch; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephew's, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends. And Special Thanks to her granddaughters Tabitha, Tiara and Tiffany.  

A visitation will be held Sunday, December 4th, 2022 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home. Where services will be held on Tuesday, December 6th, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Internment Dale Memorial Park.
