Cathy Lynn Olson

Cathy Lynn Olson (Short), passed away on April 16th, 2025. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Shirley Short of Powhatan, and her sister Lisa Lafoon of Powhatan. She is survived by her husband, Randy Olson, and granddaughter, Abby of West Virginia, her son, Timothy Hamilton, her sister Peggy Stroud (Kevin) of Cumberland, her brother Frankie Short Jr. (Rachel) of Leander, TX, and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Friday, April 18th, 2025, from 4 PM-6 PM at Bennett & Barden Funeral Home at 3215 Anderson Hwy. Powhatan VA. 23139. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, April 19th at 11 AM with a graveside service at 2 PM at Trinity Memorial Gardens at 22482 Prince Edward Hwy, Rice, VA 23966.
