Charles F. "Chuck" Rigsby, Jr., 56 of Goochland, passed away October 8, 2019. He leaves behind his parents, Joyce and Charles Rigsby, Sr.; one sister, Cindy Rigsby Clark (Timmy); two children, Charles F. "Chuckie" Rigsby, III, Jessica Rigsby Lee (Mario); two grandchildrten, Mario Lee, Jr. and Nevaeh Lee. He was preceded in death by one sister, Bonnie Southworth. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Full Gospel Church, Powhatan, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment church cemetery.
