Dalton was born September 7, 1990. He graduated from Powhatan Highschool and started his career being an Auto Mechanic. Where he worked at Baldwin auto, in Powhatan, for many years with his brother, Jonathan. He was known and liked by so many, could win anyone over with that beautiful quirky smile of his. He loved to keep his hands busy whether it be rebuilding his cars or renovating the outside and inside of his property out in Cumberland, he never sat still. He would do anything and everything for the people he cared about and even those he didn't know if they were in need. He lit up whatever room he walked into.
What mattered most to Dalton was family. He was big into getting the family together for a cookout, for a float trip, fishing, hunting whatever it may be as long as it was time with family. Whether there was your typical family bickering going on or not he didn't care because family was family no matter what. He loved to pick on his sister and start wrestling wars with her thinking he could win (not once did he actually win against her). He loved chasing his nephew around the yard or throwing the football with him. Loved poking and picking on his niece just because he could. Or loved hanging out at the house with his brothers. He just loved to be surrounded by his siblings and parents and spending those cherishable moments together.
The family will receive friends, Saturday June 25, 2022 from 11:00am - 1:00pm at Bennett & Barden funeral home located at 3215 Anderson Hwy Powhatan, Virginia 23139.
