Dorothy Latuche Arthur

Dorothy Arthur, 93, of Powhatan, passed into Glory February 21, 2019. She is survived by four children, Marene Arthur, Connie Tremonti (Libero), Randy Latuche (Lee), Lenny Latuche (Becky); nine grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren.
