Dorothy T. Steffenhagen, 93, of Powhatan, widow of Harry Steffenhagen, passed away April 14, 2016. She is survived her daughter, Patsy Allen (Wayne) of Powhatan; two brothers, Raymond Throckmorton of Richmond, Ernest Throckmorton of Florida; one sister, Lorraine Napier of Richmond; two grandsons, Rodney Allen (Tracy), Neal Allen (Carmen); four great grandchildren, Grace, Jordan, Reed and Dawson. The family will receive friends Monday from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2pm in the Genito Presbyterian Church, Powhatan. Interment church cemetery. Online condolences may be made at bennettbardenfh.com
