Edward Rodger Higham

Edward Rodger Higham, 95, of Powhatan passed at home on November 23, 2021. He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Margaret, son, Ernest, granddaughter, Jennifer Maldonado, grandsons, John Riner and Joel Higham, and three great-granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lynnette Riner. Ed was a World War II Navy Veteran and served in the Korean War. He retired from the Federal Government. A native of Richmond, Ed was active in several area churches over his lifetime. No plans have been made for a memorial service
