53, of Powhatan died August 16, 2013. She was preceded in death by her son Jason Boyd Jackson and her father Louis C. Urbine. She is survived by her mother Evelyn Layne Urbine; sister Catherine Urbine Wilborn (Stacy); brother Louis Cecil Urbine II (Lisa); neice Cheyenne Elizabeth Urbine and nephew Austin Cecil Urbine. A memorial service will be held 1 PM Monday August 19, 2013 in the Saint Luke's Episcopal Church 2245 Huguenot Trail Powhatan.
