Frances B. "Fran" Gwaltney

Frances B. "Fran" Gwaltney, 85, of Powhatan, went to be with the Lord May 26, 2017. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Waitsell "Gene" Gwaltney; four children, Robert, Keith, Brendan, Jennifer; two brothers, Terry Blankenship, Ray Blankenship; sister, Lois Yeatts; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Fran was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 am in Bethel Baptist Church, 1100 Huguenot Springs Rd. Midlothian. Interment Powhatan Community Cemetery.
