Helen Grace Nichols

Helen Grace Nichols 95, of Powhatan, widow of H. Gray Nichols, went to be with her Lord Dec. 27, 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Carol N. Cook (Allen); son, James H. Nichols (Fay); sister, Margaret Mitchell; eight grandchildren, Kenny, Kathy, Jeanie, Bruce, Lisa, Teresa, Julie, Shawn; fifteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; devoted cousin, Faith Johnson; daughter in law, Ann Nichols Grazer. She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas G. Nichols. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2 to 4pm at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11am in the First Baptist Church, Powhatan. Interment Mt Moriah Baptist Church, Powhatan.
