Howard "Skip" Elliott, Jr., 71, of Chesterfield, passed away June 20, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents; Howard Elliott, Sr. and Lois Jewel Elliott, his brother; John Elliott and wife; Kim Elliott as well as his niece,Shelby Elliott. He is survived by his sons; Jake Elliott (Kim) and Luke Elliott; grandson, Logan Elliott; brothers, Greg Elliott, Robert Elliott; nephews, Whitney, Michael and Courtney; nieces, Tessa, Olivia and multiple grandnieces and nephews.
