Ivadean T. Agnor

July 5, 1931 — November 18, 2015

Ivadean Tarter Agnor, 84, of Powhatan, daughter of the late Lloyd and Lydia Tarter, went to be with the Lord on November 18, 2015. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Freeman Agnor; daughter, Connie Buchwald of Prince George; son, Tim Flournoy of Powhatan; sisters, Janice Davenport of Kentucky, Wilma Lockett of Richmond; step son, Michael Agnor. She was preceded in death by one brother, Dale Tarter. Ivadean was a member of First Baptist Church in Powahtan and served faithfully in the Awana Program and Sunday School as a teacher. She and Freeman loved to travel. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12 noon to 1:30pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan and where services will follow at 1:30pm. Interment Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contribution may be made to First Baptist Church Childrens Playground Fund, 2109 Anderson Hwy. Powhatan, Va. 23139.
