Jeffrey Stuart Barnes

Jeffrey Stuart Barnes, 64, of Richmond, passed away on April 9, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Wilson and Carolyn Sue Barnes, as well as his siblings, Rusty, Ray, and Lee Barnes. He is survived by his children Jessica Nuckols(Matt), Emily Melton, Josh Barnes(Kristin), and Melissa Bowles(Stephen), 11 Grandchildren, and sister Lisa Keblusek of Florida. He was a hard-working man but also liked to slow down and enjoyed fishing and feeding the neighborhood cats. Interment will be private at the Amelia Veterans Cemetery.
