Jesse Franklin Smith

Jesse Franklin Smith, 88, of Powhatan, originally of Lockbridge, WV passed away peacefully at home May 18th 2022. He was preceded in death by son Richard Smith and he leaves behind his loving wife of 67 years Elizabeth Smith. Also his sister Shelvia Nichols, daughters Brenda Smith and Becky Smith McNamara (Mike), granddaughters Alicia Amos, Melissa Stover, grandson Dietrich Hertel, eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandson. The family will receive friends on Friday May 27, at 6 PM at Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, and a service will follow at 7PM.
