John Lewis Wyatt, Age 63 of Colonial Heights, VA passed away peacefully in his Powhatan, VA residence surrounded by his family on Sunday October 3, 2021. Johnny was born November 1, 1957 in Petersburg, VA. Johnny served in the United States Navy out of Norfolk, Va. He was an excellent electrician with integrity, and an all around jack of all trades. He had a heart of gold and loved helping others. Johnny was a family man who deeply loved his wife and daughters. To some, he was known as Pete, others as "Johnny," and also proudly as Dad. He enjoyed collecting baseball/football cards along with stamps and pennies. Johnny loved the ocean, fishing and traveling, not to mention his ice cream and let's not forget his coffee. Johnny was preceded in death by his dearest Aunt Lilian, mother Lena, and father Eugene. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Mary/Merl, daughters Christina and Brittanni, son-in-law Derek, siblings Eddie (Chris), Linda (Ed), Terry, Gary and Robert "Bobby " as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
