Katherine Jones Grim

Katherine Jones Grim, 85, left this earth on Sunday to reunite with her beloved husband, Joseph M. Grim, Jr. gone for these past twenty years. She was born to Walter T. Jones and Thelma Jones. She was preceded in death by her brother, Walter "Buck" Jones Jr. and sister, Irene Fisher.  Katherine lived in Richmond since 1976 but was born in Stafford County which she always considered home. She had a deep affection for all animals.

She is survived by her oldest son, Darrell Grim, his wife Janice Grim and their children, Corey Grim and Paige Tinnell.

She is also survived by her second son Keith Grim, his wife Therese and their children Joseph and his wife Rebecca, Jonathan and his wife Katie, and Joshua and his wife Rachel. Katherine was a Great Grandmother of two, Joseph and Steven. All of these she loved and touched deeply.

Graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Garden in Fredericksburg on June 28 at noon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SPCA or Alzheimer's Association. Condolences may be made at bennettbardenfh.com.
