Katharine Maraglio

  Katharine Therese Maraglio, age 91, went to heaven on November 16, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones at her home in Powhatan, Virgina.
Katharine was born in Merrick, NY to Philip Stossel and Mildred Blake Stossel, April 10, 1932.
    From being a calming presence at doctor appointments to ballet recitals, hockey games and kitchens filled with laughter and love, family was her North star.
   
    Her husband, three children and their spouses, six grandchildren and their spouses and 11 great grandchildren were a constant source of joy and her life's focus until the end.

    Her family will receive visitors starting at 9:00 am followed by Mass at 10:00am. Both will occur at St John Neumann Catholic Church, 2480 Batterson Rd, Powhatan VA 23139. A private burial will follow.
