Larry Ray Revels

Larry Ray Revels, 68, of Chester, VA, passed away Sunday on November 5th 2023. 

Larry was born September 20, 1955, in Detroit Michigan to Bobby Eugene Revels and Belva Louise Fernow. Larry enjoyed many things such as fishing, cars, and spending time with his family. 

Larry was proceeded in death by his father Bobby Revels, his mother Belva Fernow, and his brothers Wendell (Wolfie) and Willard (Bill) Revels. 
Larry is survived by his three children, Tracy  Barnette (Cowen, WV), Shawn Revels (Chester, VA) and Laura Hammons (Cowen, WV); as well as the mother of his children Patty Revels (Cowen, WV) . Along with his children are his three grandchildren; 
Robert (Chunk) and Oaklynn Hammons and Raelynn Grace Revels. Larry is also survived by two sisters, Susan Revels & Thelma Barton, and a brother Dennis (Dinky) Revels along with many other family and friends. 

The family will receive friends Tuesday November 7th 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00pm  in the Bennett and Barden funeral home and where services will be held Wednesday, 2pm. Interment Powhatan community cemetery.
