Llewellyn Christian "Chris" Salle'

LLewellyn Christian "Chris" Salle', 73, of Midlothian, died peacefully at home with his loved ones, after a long and courageous battle with cancer on March 22, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Maxine Morea and Llewellyn Salle', daughter, Michelle and one granddaughter, McKenna. He is survived by his loving wife, Lori; sisters, Elizabeth Coles, Nancy Walsh, Emily Martin; daughters, Stephanie, Sherry; loving sisters in law who helped unselfishly for over a year with his care, Ruth, Ruby; four grandchildren, Colton, Courtney, Avery, Hayden; nephews, Jacob Coles, Llewellyn Coles, Ken Walsh; niece, Laura Walsh and his loyal companions, Sweetie, Frankie, Shorty, Buddy, Mickey and Skippy. Chris loved working and enjoyed many hobbies in his life, horses, bowling, golfing, flying, calf roping, team roping, shooting, drag racing and rabbit hunting. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11am to 1pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan. Services private.
