Louis Augustine Urbine, Jr.

Louis A. Urbine, Jr., 80, died on September 6, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis A. & Esther F. Urbine, Sr. and one brother, Cecil Urbine. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Patricia C. Urbine; daughter, Sherri L. Urbine; son Robert A. Urbine (Pamela); two adored grandchildren, Chase, McKenzie; brother, Francis E. Urbine (Chuck). Mr. Urbine began working for A. M. Davis, Inc., Lift Truck Sales and Service in 1965 where he later became a partner. He retired in 1999 after 34 years with the company. He was a charter and lifetime member of the Huguenot Volunteer Fire Department and also served with the Virginia National Guard. The family will receive friends Friday from 5 to 7 pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rt. 60) Powhatan and where services will be held Saturday at 3 pm. Interment Powhatan Community Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Huguenot Vol. Fire Department.
