Lucy Ann Cella

Lucy Ann Cella, 87, of Powhatan, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2017. She was the widow of Charles P. Cella, Jr. Lucy Ann was a graduate of William and Mary and had a degree in Library Science from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She is survived by her children, Paul W. Cella (Susan), Caroline Cella Marker, and Mary Cella Howard (Greg). She was the proud grandmother of Michael Marker, Robert Marker, and Emma Grace Howard.
