Mary Wakefield Adams

Mary W. Adams, 72, of Powhatan, died July 28, 2015. She is survived by her husband, Henry C. "Bubba" Adams, Jr.; four sons, Henry "Clay" Adams, III (Erica) of Amelia, Steven B. Adams (Marcee), David S. Adams (Sherry), Mark J. Adams (Sherry) all of Powhatan; one sister, Pat Adams (Robert) of Cumberland; 18 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11am in the Muddy Creek Baptist Church, Powhatan. Interment church cemetery.
