Meghan L. Pugh, 36, of Powhatan, passed away March 12, 2017. She is survived by her parents, Paul and Jeannette Pugh; one brother, Scott and Gianna Pugh of Henrico; loving aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8pm in St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 2245 Huguenot Trail, Powhatan and where memorial services will be held Saturday at 2pm.
