Phillip "Moon" Mullins, 74, of Powhatan, widower of Dolly Mullins died August 4, 2012. He is survived by daughters, Sabine Frost (Mark) of Vermont, Audrey Lacks (Ray) of Cumberland; son, Ralph Mullins (Dorrie) of Cumberland; sister, Nancy M. Rice of Keysville; brother, Buddy Mullins of Kentucky; grandchildren, Joshua and Jacob Mullins; two great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rt. 60), Powhatan.
