Rachel Hodges Bondurant

Rachel Bondurant, 79, passed peacefully surrounded by family. Rachel is predeceased by her husband John, her parents Raymond and Ethel Hodges; Siblings, Wilbur, Mickey, and Ray. Rachel is survived by, son David (Ellen) Bondurant, daughter Melissa (Colon) McArtan; Lois, Glenda, Wayne, Tony, Bonnie, and Bonnie(Sissy), Grandchildren Tracie (Alex) Robins, Jewel (Dan) Daab, Ryan McArtan, Jessica (Wyatt) Elliot; and Great Grandchildren Katie Brown, Peyton Daab, Lexie Robins, Autumn Robins, Aubree Bondurant, Chase Daab, Ava Robins, Oakley Elliott. Rachel loved eating crab at the beach and reading, as well as watching the NASCAR races every weekend. Rachel also loved watching football and was an avid Redskins fan along with crafting and crocheting.
A visitation will be held from 6PM-8PM at Bennett and Barden Funeral Home on Tuesday January 24, 2023  and a church service will be held Wednesday January 25, 2023 at Shiloh New Covenant Church at 665 Anderson Hwy.
