Rachel H. Neblett, 86, of Chesterfield, widow of Norman S. Neblett, passed away December 26, 2015. She is survived by three sons, Jeffrey, Michael (Julie), Thomas (Jennifer); step children, Sharon Hamlet (Thomas), Sterling Neblett, Jr. (Cynthia); one brother, Dee Huffman; nine grandchildren, Justin, Jessica, Ali, Andrew, Jonathan, Austin, Lory, Chris, Caitlin; five great grandchildren, Holden, Lilyanna, Cole, Owen and Casimira. Mrs. Neblett served as a Registered Nurse at McGuire V.A. Medical Center for over 32 years. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12noon to 1:30pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan followed with a funeral service at 1:30pm.
