Renee Dean Osborne

Renee Dean Osborne, 52, of Powhatan, Virginia, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 16, 2025. She is survived by her husband, Donald Osborne; 2 sons, Blake Dean Broughton and Alex Anthony Broughton; step-daughter, Alexis Michelle Klemin (Ramon); father, Glenn Alexander Dean (Cecilia); mother, Victoria Suzanne Hall; brother, Glenn Alexander Dean, Jr. (Anna); step-sister, Melissa Landini (Neil), Rachel Arrasmith (Dennis) and Alison Fletcher (Brian). She is also survived by Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and Innumerable Friends. 

Renee was always a strong and supportive person to others. No matter her mood she always had a smiling face and was a true blessing to many. As someone else recently posted:

 “In this life you meet all kinds of people but there are some that are what I call a ‘Rare find’. They are so full of life, always happy to help you and always smiling. They have the biggest heart, and they give you the warmest feeling that you matter. She really was the most wonderful person (you’d) ever meet. I(t) was (an) honor to call her friend. (Renee, you are) loved by all you touched here on earth."

The family will receive friends Sunday, February 23, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Highway, Powhatan, VA 23139. A graveside funeral services will be held Monday, at 1:00 PM in the Powhatan Community Cemetery. Donations may be made to Powhatan Animal Shelter in Renee's Name.
