Rhonda D. Stoupa, 55, of Powhatan, moved from this physical world to the spiritual realm of heaven February 25, 2015. She is survived by her husband, Karl W. Stoupa; one son, C. Marshall Yowell; her mother, Mary Bitner; three sisters, Melissa McArthur, Pamela Snellings and Christina Cohen. Rhonda loved to cook, decorate and Christmas time. Rhonda wrote this Poem at the loss of her brother. "Seasons of Love". I miss you dear brother when the grass is green, when I'm planting flowers and watering things. When Autumn comes and I'm raking leaves, the cool crisp air the color of trees, when the frist snow falls from the sky, I cannot hold the tear that falls from my eye. I hear your dear voice say "How peaceful the snow" somehow in my heart I cannot let go of the seasons we shared such a long time ago. So when the cold Winters turn into Spring, a season of memories begin once again. The family will receive friends Monday from 10 to 12 noon at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan. Graveside services will be held 2pm Monday in the Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George. Online condolences may be made at bennettbardenfh.com
