Richard Arnold Litton

"Dick", Sr 78 of Cumberland went home to be with the Lord on December 2, 2015. He was preceded in death by his daughter Misty Dawn Litton; his parents, Ernest & Ruth B. Litton and a brother Bobby Litton. He is survived by his children, Richard A. Litton Jr, Pamela Litton, and Sandra Owens (Roger); 7 grandchildren & 10 great-grandchildren. He proudly served in the US Marine Corps; he was a 52 year Master Mason as a member of Manchester Masonic Lodge #14 and he was a retired police officer from the Richmond Police Department. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm on Tuesday December 8, 2015 at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home 3215 Anderson Hwy (Rt 60) Powhatan. A celebration of his life will be held at 11am on Wednesday December 9th at the Muddy Creek Baptist Church 3470 Trenholm Rd Powhatan with interment to follow at the Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery located on Cartersville Rd (Rt 45) Cumberland.
