Ronald Wayne Smith, Sr, 71, of Powhatan, went to be with the Lord, Monday, July 15 2024. He is survived by his wife, of 17 years, Amy Lou Smith; daughter, Casey Graham (Shawn), sons, Ronald Smith, Jr. (Renee Wilson), Josh Cheaney (Amy); grandchildren, Krystian Graham, Ahlizzabeth Graham, Shawn Graham, Tonya Wilson, Teresa Wilson, Kayden Smith, Josh Cheaney, Jr., Kaleb Cohen. Ronald liked to fish anywhere, LOVED eating seafood, family get togethers, and day trips. He enjoyed working with his hands, working on cars, The family will receive friends Wednesday July 17, 2024 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Bennett and Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson HWY, where his service will be held 10 AM Thursday July 18. Interment will follow in Powhatan Community Cemetery.
