Stephanie Kiernon Artrip

Stephanie Kiernon Artrip, 83, of Henrico, passed peacefully March 14, 2017. She is survived by her daughter, Karen M. Young (Mike) of Powhatan; sons, Norman B. Artrip, Jr. (Kathy), Howard W. Artrip (Lori), John F. Artrip, Kenneth C. Artrip (Julie) all of Kentucky; brother, John F. Kiernon, Jr.(Patricia) of Tennessee; four grandchildren, Kristin Hensley, Jordon Artrip, Klayton Artrip, Shannon Carlson; six great grandchildren, Brayden, Hannah, Savannah, Mason, Kaylee, Aubree and her extended family at Elizabeth Adam Crump Manor. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Judy Carlson. Stephanie's passion for life and abounding strength will be remembered by her children, family and friends. Our hearts are forever connected. We know she is our Guardian Angel just as she was while here living among us. "Until we meet on God's Celestial Shores where joys will never end..." The family will receive friends Saturday from 12 noon to 2pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. Powhatan, followed with a service at 2pm. Interment private.
