Susan Blanton

Susan Blanton, 55, of Amelia, passed away October 7, 2018. She is survived by four children, Charles Simpson ( Ashley) of Bumpass, James Simpson (Alyson) of Louisa, Andrew Dixon (Heather) of Louisa and Amy Dixon (Adam) of Amelia; one brother, Skip Blanton (Dee) of Louisa; three sisters, Brenda Mastin (Ron) of Bumpass, Peggy Swinson (Ronnie) of Ameila and Betty Davis of Amelia; nine grandchildren, James Jr., Brinleigh, Blake, Tallulah, Hayden, Bayleigh, Noah, Asher and Riya. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 6 to 8 pm, in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy., Powhatan and where a service will be held Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Internment will follow the service at Sandy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, 25450 Saylers Creek Rd., Amelia.
