Susan Harkins Brame

Susan Harkins Brame, 67, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, September 20, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nelson and Ruthie Harkins; brother, Nelson Edward Harkins. Susan is survived by her husband, Michael W. Brame; children, Suzette Shaw (Brian), Christine Higgins (Roger), Jonathan Lipscomb (Amy); grandchildren, Anita Medrano, Chelsea Hickman, Baily Higgins, Brittany Shaw, Audrey Shaw, Caroline Lipscomb; great grandson, Cash Cain Cook; sister, Anita Harkins Proffitt (Robbie). Susan enjoyed camping, riding 4 wheelers, her dogs Tata and Sasha, family gatherings, and most outdoor activities. The family will receive friends 2PM to 3PM Sunday, at Bennett and Barden Funeral Home, where her memorial service will be held following at 3PM. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Susan G.
