Thomas Edwin Carter

Thomas Edwin Carter, 67 of Powhatan, Virginia, passed away April 4, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Donna Carter; Three sons, Jason Carter, Mark Carter and Steven Carter (Ashley); the loves of his life, his two granddaughters, Ava & Emma Carter; his wonderfull mother, Wilma Rose Carter; brother, William Clay Carter; sister, Katherine Rose Harrell. He is also survived by many more family, friends and the members of his church at the Full Gospel Tabernacle. The family will receive friends Sunday April 11, from 4-6PM and Monday from 10:30-11:30 AM in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Highway. Services will be held Monday, April, 12 at 11:30 AM. Interment to be held in the Amelia Veterans Cemetery directly following the service.Due to COVID Restrictions the family understands if friends and loved ones are unable to attend this service.
