Tony Elster Mullins

Tony E. Mullins, 74 of Powhatan, Virginia, passed away April 3, 2023. Tony was preceded in death by his parents Judge W. Mullins & Beulah Lee Mullins; sister, Lula Bell Miller; and grandson, Dawson Michael Havens. He leaves behind 5 sisters, Ruby Gail Mullins, Dema McPeak, Cathy Sue Mullins, Marsha Bailey and Ella Swinney; 4 brothers, Blake Mullins, Patrick Mullins, Cedan Mullins and Timothy Mullins; his loving wife of 45 years, Debbie Mullins; 4 children, Kristy Mullins, Tony E. Mullins, II, James William Mullins and baby boy Jarrett Anthony Mullins; 6 grandchildren, Dylan Judge Havens, Brayden James Mullins Lowder, Jacob Mullins, Joshua Mullins, Olive Kronz and his good girl Savannah Marie Mullins. 
Tony retired from Alcoa after working 37 years. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the Army. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Tony loved his wife and children with all his heart, he will be so missed. He went to the Lord and is waiting for us.
