William "Bill" R. Hough, 82 of Powhatan, passed away December 30, 2020. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Dottie. He is survived by his son, William Hough (Susan S.); 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren. He was a Navy Vet and drove for the Teamsters Union for 25 years. Services will be Private.
