William "Billy" Thomas Skipper

William T. "Billy" Skipper, 80, of Dinwiddie, widower of Barbara Skipper, went to be with the Lord October 5, 2017. He is preceded in death by his mother and father E.F. and Mildred Chumney. He is survived by his wife, Lucy Skipper; daughters, Linda Clark (Steve), Brenda Huband (Kenneth); three grandchildren, Jennifer Mangigian, Sam Clark, Brooke Watkins (Philip); one great grandchild, Emilia Watkins; three stepchildren, DoodleBug Robertson (Lizzie), Tim Robertson, Melanie Robertson (Bobby); four sisters, Jean Malloy (Bill), Joyce Scott, Carolyn Dowdy (Richard), Nancy Llewellyn (Robert); two brothers, Stuart Skipper, Ronnie Skipper (Judy); two step grandchildren, Haynie and Gracie Robertson, along with many lifelong friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Graceland Baptist Church, 975 Dorset Rd. Powhatan, with a funeral service following at 2 p.m. Interment church cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Harrowgate Worship Center or Miracle of God's Church c/o Graceland Baptist Church.
