William F. Lovell, 77, of Powhatan, peacefully went home to be with his Lord and Savior on March 5, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Pattie Hylton Lovell; four sons and eight grandchildren: Timothy; Mark and his wife, Leanne and their children, Mark, Jr. (Brittany), Joshua, Hannah; Larry and his wife, Stephanie and their children, Hannah and Paul and his wife, Christi and their children, Benji, Bryan, and Virginia; four sisters and one brother. Mr. Lovell was an ordained minster for almost four decades, he co-owned Poppa'z Lunchbox and worked for nearly 30 years at Scott & Stringfellow. He was a U.S. Army veteran. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rt.60), Powhatan. Funeral services will be held Friday 1pm in the Good News Free Will Baptist Church, 5200 Courthouse Rd., Chesterfield. Interment Sunset Memorial Park.
