William A. Ramsey

William A "Billy" Ramsey, 55 of Cumberland, Virginia, passed away February 24, 2025. He was preceded in death by his father, William A. "Butch" Ramsey. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Leslie Ramsey; children, Allen Ramsey (Jami), Carl Dean Ramsey (Megan) and Leslie Renee Ramsey; grandchildren, Lucas, Annabelle, Woodland and Ridge; mother, Linda Ruble (Carl); sister, Glenda Cardillo (John); niece and nephew, Anna and Michael. Billy was a loving Husband, Father, Son, Brother and PaPa. Billy was always capable of throwing a joke out there no matter the circumstances. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and offer words of comfort to Whom ever needed it. We are all honored to have known him. Billy was a hardworker, provider and caregiver. Billy had unconditional Love for his family. He was always thinking of others before himself and will be forever loved and missed.

The family will receive friends Monday March 3, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, Powhatan, VA. Where a service will be held Tuesday at 1:00 pm. Interment Cartersville Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at bennettbardenfh.com
